Navigate to the Volaris Manage My Trips page: Visit the Volaris website & click on the “My Trips” tab located in the top right corner of the homepage.
Locate your reservation: Enter your reservation number & the passenger’s last name associated with the booking. Click on the “Search” button to find your reservation.
Select the flight you wish to change: Once your reservation is displayed, choose the flight you want to modify.
Click on “Change flight” option: Locate the “Change flight” button & click on it to initiate the modification process.
Choose new flight options: Select the new flight options that suit your needs, including the desired date, origin, destination, & departure time.
Review fare differences & fees: Carefully review any fare differences & applicable fees associated with the new flight selection.
Complete the payment process: Proceed with the payment process to finalize the flight change. This may involve covering the fare difference & any applicable fees.
Contact Volaris customer service: Call Volaris customer service at 1-855-VOLARIS (865-2747).
Provide reservation details: Be prepared to provide your reservation number and the passenger’s last name associated with the booking to the customer service representative.
Request flight change: Inform the representative that you want to change your flight and specify the new flight options you prefer.
Review fare differences and fees: Discuss any fare differences and applicable fees associated with the new flight selection.
Complete the payment process: Provide payment information to finalize the flight change. This may involve covering the fare difference and any applicable fees over the phone.
